Great stay! Excellent location close to downtown Phoenix. Great place if you’re bringing your dog. Jared is very friendly and accommodating and his dogs are sweethearts

Fantastic place

This is a great location near the airport. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Jared takes very good care of the property and is extremely accomodating to guests. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area as well, a nice addition.

Stunning Studio Experience

Cozy, charming, comfortable, creatively organized space! Great bed, efficient kitchenette, lots of natural light, bonus to find a variety of patio seating near studio and common areas. Very quiet, well maintained in a neighborhood close to Chase Field (our main reason for our stay) Jared provided clear instructions of check in/out procedures. We will definitely stay again! Great Studio, Great Location

VERY clean, VERY comfortable and BETTER than a hotel. It is easy to locate and access and Jared is a great host! The only downside is the "white noise" of the interstate. We would definitely stay here agan should the need arise!
