"Beautiful hotel, clean, staff friendly, great location."

"Paradise Valley is beautiful and Mountain Shadows has a wonderful sunset deck and view of Camelback mountain. Great location for hikers and near Old Town Scottsdale for dining and shopping. The main pool is great and provides a wonderful view of Camelback. Our only complaint was minor, the ice machine was outside our room and very noisy. I would recommend making sure you get a room with a balcony. We had an awesome stay!"

"Beg bugs upon arrival. Checked in super late like at 11:00pm and once I opened the door was able to see all the bed bugs walking on the beds. Cancelled reservation asap "

"Misleading. Bait and switch. It should be illegal to call your establishment a “resort” when you are just an over priced motel 6. The lobby is a 10x10 room with stale donuts for breakfast. It’s not big like the pictures trick you into believing. The room gives more, Bates Motel than upscale resort. We checked in and checked right back out. We were more willing to lose the money than get bed bugs and hepatitis C. "

"Check in was quick, but front dest worker was not very warm and provided no information about what the hotel offered. Check out was better. As for the room, the room was average, but the refrigerator did not work, the water pressure in the shower was weak. "
