We really wanted to love this hotel, but unfortunately it fell short from the moment we arrived. The gentleman who checked us in was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which immediately set the tone for our stay. We were also disappointed to learn that the hotel does not honor Expedia VIP benefits, despite being advertised as part of the program. The room itself was decent, but the walls are incredibly thin, you can hear everything happening in the hallway, making it difficult to relax. We also found the views to be underwhelming and not at all worth the hype surrounding this property. Thankfully, we were only staying for one night, so it was manageable. However, based on our experience, we wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel. We’ll be choosing the Fairmont on our next visit instead.
