"I literally spend the night and left. It was clean and everything you would expect "

"The rental was not even ready for a new tenant to stay in it.. we paid for an early check in and upon arrival we couldn't get the early check in and we're on the phone with "customer service" for over an hour who was communicating with the property manager I believe in regards to not being able to check in or get into the rental.. about another hour later the cleaning people showed up and stated they needed time to clean it .. after sitting outside the rental in 105⁰ weather with all our bags for two hours we told the cleaning people we would just do the cleaning as we hot and tired and just wanted to get in and relax. The cleaners also kept complaining about it being their day off and how they have been working every single day with no days off.. the one woman had the smell of alcohol on her breath and was all over the place, kept forgetting what she was doing or supposed to go get. They hardly had any cleaning supplies, no toiletries. Looking at the rentals condition I could tell it hadn't been deep cleaned for a while.. both shower curtains were filthy and coated in soap scum and a yellow residue which I believe was urine. So bad to the point I took them both down and ran them thru the washer. Both tubs/showers were coated in soap scum as well.. they looked as if they had been half ass cleaned whenever that was. The master bath bath was draining slow and my husband pulled globs of hair from drain. The couch and rug were filthy and full of dirt and stains, smelled awful."

"I’ve stayed here multiple times now and it’s a great spot to stop and rest. It’s close to many food and other great shopping spots. The staff is amazing and everything goes well every time. "

"The property is dark and very dirty. It appears to be a hotel where most of the people are living there. They have chairs outside the doors with cigarette butts. It's dirty trashy and I would never stay there again. The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was nice. The TV didn't have very many channels unless you used her own accounts to open apps. There was no coffee machine or coffee. The towels were clean but they had old stains on them. There was a refrigerator in the room but someone had left food in it and it hadn't been cleaned out. This property was not up to the standards of what I believe hotel.com expects"

"The room was filthy and very poor condition. It’s very old, not kid friendly. Several people out side on balconies smoking pot. Would not want my kids there. Very run down, no counter in bathroom, just a small sink that was broken. "
