We had a small issue in our room (stained towels and bed pillow cases) but that was addressed quickly and efficiently; other than that our stay was as close to perfect as one could expect. “Absolutely beautiful hotel. Amazing amenities including heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. The outdoor jacuzzi with the ocean view was heavenly! Staff were outstanding in every way... friendly, helpful, and courteous. They made everything easily accessible and enjoyable, even offering a free shuttle to Shelter Cove, which we chose not to do because we were enjoying the hotel so much.
