"It was our first time staying in the Ormond Beach area. The beach view on the 5th floor was beautiful. The pool was lovely, especially at night. And the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was humid, but clean and comfy. Water pressure in the shower….PERFECT! I would stay here again. Maybe try a cabin next time. "

"We got to stay in the main building which is on top of the Flagler seafood company. This gave an old mansion vibes. Our room was really big and had access to an ocean view balcony. The restaurant serves some of the best seafood around. I gave overall 5 stars experience. "

"The actual rooms are clean. Bathroom in desperate need of upkeep. Shower door frame has a lot of crud/scum/dirt. Dead roach beside toilet. Live roach crawling on bathroom door. Bathroom door disgusting- filthy, nasty hand prints all over each side of the door."

"The room was clean. But not as expected. We were in town for Cheer nationals. This hotel is half hotel, half motel- which was not anticipated. There are 3 separate buildings . We were located the furthest building. A motel with room entry on the outside of the building. Located in the Harley Davidson parking lot, along with a dozen other motorcycle stores and a few pubs. Area was ok, nice enough. But the room had very thin walls and the ceiling fan rattled. On the second night the WiFi went down with no fix. Breakfast was included, but we didn’t go to the main building in time. There was a tub shower in the room, but the water was like warm, never got “hot”. The staff were great. Very nice and welcoming- checked in a little early with no problems. "

"They are struggling with plumbing. They don’t have enough towels for all the rooms. They never have enough breakfast for everyone. None of ice machines work."

"Not one time did someone clean our room in a 4 night stay! We had 2 bath towels to start with, nothing more. Bathroom had black mold growing all over it. The metal frame on one bed was broken and made a terrible, loud noise when sitting or getting into the bed. Sketchy people walking around the parking lot a times of the day and night. No breakfast as advertised. The walls were so thin you can hear everything going on around you. People outside yelling and talking, and could hear every single word. Stay clear! Good price, but we got what we paid for!"
