“Lovely welcoming home walking distance to town, near park and restaurants. Trolley to beach a few blocks away. Backyard magical. Small amenities mean a lot and owners available in short order to answer any questions. House exceptionally clean. Bedrooms a good size with nice linens and comfortable mattresses. Totally recommend this house for anyone wanting to discover the beautiful city of Sarasota, Fl.”

“Cute decor inside with tv and amenities for cooking. Nice beach/bath towels. Lots of room to spread out (we were 2) Good beach cart and beach chairs. Limited parking on weekends; the back door is frosted glass and is always reflecting lights from outside. The beach is either 1/2 mile to see sunsets and Siesta Key Beach is about 1 1/2 miles drive away.”

“We had a fantastic stay at this ground floor unit the first weekend of Dec! I was initially leary of a negative review, but Adam was very responsive and let me know he could be available quickly in person if I needed. The unit is small but met all of our needs. The property is great with access to view the bay right outside our door, or walk across the street to the gulf side beach area. We played pickleball onsite and used both pools and hot tub. Easily caught the transportation from the front……

“Great location, walkable to the harbor and main st area. We actually did 3 mile walk to dinner in St Armands and took free city shuttle back to main st. Hotel also had free bicycles which we used to explore 5 miles down the Legacy Trail ”

“This is not on the beach. It’s across from the beach behind a building. So it’s not ocean front. It’s small but met our needs. The only issue was that the unit holds a lot of moisture in it and it felt like all the sheets and blankets etc were wet when it was raining. Also, there is no bathroom fan to get the moisture out. Black mold growing on the window in the bathroom. Also, the gravel you park on gets tracked in easily into the unit so take your shoes off before going in. Lastly, a comment……
