「Very cool hotel. Nice lobby, with bar, restaurant, library/sitting room. Easy check-in/check-out. Stylish rooms - built from an old motel but with attractive updates. Good WiFi, nice refrigerator, and quiet. Helpful staff. Free coffee in the morning. Nice sitting area outside with fire pits. I would definitely stay again.」

「Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed...

「Whenever I travel in the Albany area, I will stay at the Gregory House. The staff is warm and welcoming, the rooms are fun and comfortable and the restaurant is first class.」

「Very disappointed. The shower drain was completely clogged. We called the front desk and they came and pulled a huge hair ball from the drain. Clearly it was not maintained. The room had no extras and weird design. E.g. the faucet at the sink was hard to control. I paid an excessive amount for this room and there wasn’t even free coffee in the lobby in the morning.」
