"Grom beginning to the end our stay was fantastic! Staff was friendly and helpful . The on sight dinning was very good with a nice selection of choices. Breakfast in the morning offered a nice variety choices to choose from. Clean and very comfortable rooms."

"The property is amazing and very well maintained. Service at the bar was rather slow and one occasion we were completely ignored, had to leave after 20 minutes of being seated but not even given a menu. Breakfast was also rather basic for a hotel of this level."

"Street is torn up and you need special instructions to be able to drive there which they did not give in advance causing us to drive around multiple times and ask elsewhere for assistance. We had a coffee from their machine in their lounge and then we're told we had to pay for it. The only thing really good about it were the beds and wonderful duvets."

"Everything was wonderful except the bath/shower. We don’t like baths and prefer showers. The room we had was a large (very clean) tub with a long shower handle/hose. It was difficult to work with set up as we are 5’6” & 6’2” and not as flexible as we once were. I would stay again if we could be in a room equipped for a proper shower. Besides that, everything was wonderful and the staff was gracious. We found many good restaurants & bars and met many locals."

The air conditioner was excellent and quiet. The bathroom was modern and had all needed amenities. I highly recommended and would stay there again."

"Bedroom is not clean! We like the amenities and the well decorated lobby and bedrooms. But the bedroom wasn’t clean, no soap, just 1 towel, they didn’t cleaned the bedroom during the 3 days. We told about for the missing items but no response until we had to go to the receptionist to request it again for 3 rd time. The staff at the lobby just speak French. Need also maintenance at the hallway of the Bedroom, has one damage wall with holes that gave us a bad impression."
