"We were so excited upon arrival at this beautiful house. However it quickly became apparent that air conditioning didn’t work in half the house. We had to wait until Monday (checked in Saturday) for a repairman to come. The company was responsive and sent floor fans over the weekend, but the AC system appears to be a recurrent issue at this house. Also the BBQ was non functional and the kitchen minimally stocked with actual cooking tools (no baking dishes at all, scratched poor quality pots and pans, not a single oven mitt and only one dish towel to be found). Preparing food was challenging! Finally, the added charge for heating the pool OR spa was frustrating, not to mention the fact that you have to contact the company to regulate the heating on your behalf. For such a pricey rental it was problematic and detracted from our vacation! "
