「NO ONE should book this property. We paid $2,600 for a week and ended up leaving on day one. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and have never once walked out until this place. I don’t even know where to begin. Before you even get to the hotel, enjoy climbing up the disaster of a dirt road. It’s extremely steep and full of holes that will most definitely scrape the bottom of your car. I was really concerned for my rental. Driving up and down this road, especially at night, was a nightmare....

「This is a gem in Santa Teresa. The staff are all superb my kids loved the surf instructor (Diego is amazing) and I loved the morning yoga instructor (Daniella is superb) a great way to start your day and spend the whole day with attentive and professional staff. You will never regret staying here and the kids are already asking me if we can come back again next year. 「Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects. That said, the room was very clean, the shower had good hot water, and I did get a morning nap on the bed. Fort7nately, it is off the road a bit. But noise carries and young Costa Ricans love their motorcycles. So if you are super noise sensitive that might bother you, but the traffic is really light on that...
