La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. El desayuno incluido es muy bueno!! El único problema que tuvimos es que al llegar en la noche, a la hora que habíamos indicado previamente, no tenían nuestro registro ni llave de la habitación, por lo que tuvimos que esperar a que lo aclararan y dejar un ID a la persona de seguridad hasta el siguiente día que viniera alguien de recepción, pero fue muy amable la persona de seguridad.

This hotel is in the perfect location right off 5th ave. Very convenient if you're into the night life as there are 2 well known bars at the corners of the ave. The staff were all very lovely and super helpful. The food was amazing!! I do wish they had a pool but that is just a personal preference and doesn't take away from the hotel. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again!

Great location and wonderful staff! The hotel is in a quiet, convenient location, which made for a very relaxing stay. The standout was definitely the staff—everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast, which was delicious and well-prepared. While the furniture and room decor feel dated and could use an update, everything else was very good. Not quite a 5-star experience due to the room interiors, but the service and overall atmosphere more than made up for it.

It’s not a place where you would spend a lot of time inside your hotel room. But I strongly recommend it. There are many shopping stores and many restaurants walking distance. The Hotel is right next to the beach and from the restaurant you can view the ocean. Security is great and convenient is a big plus! Many activities in surroundings

Great location and service

Great location and service. Sadly there was seaweed on the beach so couldnt really enjoy it fully. The other beach was completely clean, so hope the seaweed will be dealt with the same way as at Mamitas beach. What I did not enjoy is having one socket in the room placed in a very strange location. Hope this will be looked into at some point as it would really improve the stay
