「Arecas is an awesome place, if you enjoy the peace and quiet, to enjoy the Zihuatanejo Bay this is for you. The owner Juan Carlos is very friendly and nice to do business with. Their employees Jose and Yensi are super friendly and helpful in all of your needs. They can provide pretty much anything you need to make your stay more pleasant. 「Real de la Palma is a lovely property set in lush tropical gardens with two pools. The covered, but open air lobby connects to the restaurant La Viejo where we dined most meals. Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. There is a heaith spa on site as well as two pools. Rooms are Mexican style, decorated with rustic woodwork. 「We stayed there for 2 weeks. The rooms are bacis, but they are very clean. The house keepers Bonfilia & Leidy did a great job keeping our room super clean. The views are fantastic. The area is nice and quiet. The grounds and pool areas are very well maintained by Jesus and Carlos. The front desk staff, Jose Ramón, Jose Sortero, Enefertiti and Edgar are super friendly and very helpful. The staff at this hotel is what made our stay special. They are all fantastic. I highly recommend staying here....
