"Breath taking view from deck and front rooms of the condo. Place was equipped with everything that you will need for your stay, regardless of length of time. We enjoyed the private pool every day as well as the community pool that was a very short walk away. The small mini fridge at the pool was a nice touch as it kept our beverages cold while we enjoyed the view and swimming.The location was perfect for us since it was a short distance to many beaches but far enough away from the towns to avoid the noise and crowds.The professional management team was spot on for communication."

"I had contact with the VRBO owner, the broker (Raquel) and they were both professional, kind and quick to reply. The house was clean, spacious, great air conditioning and plenty of fans and beautiful! I thought the photos were nice but it was more beautiful in person! The broker met us at the property, gave a tour and explained the necessary details. We stayed for 10 days. Used our personal pool half the time and the resort pools and shuttle service daily. This was our first time to Costa Rica and we had such a fantastic trip that we can't wait to go back. This location was close to Liberia Airport (30 min easy drive) clean and well maintained. Our views were incredible! 15 min drive to Coco Beach and easy walk or shuttle ride to Hermosa Beach from the attached Villa Sol resort. 10 out of 10 recommend."

"We stayed at Chris’s villa for a week earlier this month while visiting Costa Rica for the very first time. It was an inspired choice.Chris is an excellent host. Right from the get-go we knew we’d made the right decision. He reached out to us with lots of information about Villas Sol and Playa Hermosa and was very responsive both in the run-up to our trip and during it. The villa itself was a home away from home with everything we could possibly need. The bed was firm but comfortable with quality linens. The bathroom towels were large, soft and plush. The kitchen has everything you’d need - it’s fully equipped and we ate breakfast at the villa most days. We also grilled one evening! The washing machine and dryer are a real bonus too. Watching the sunset from the patio each evening was an amazing experience. The pool is a good size and we made full use of it. It was great sitting in one of the hammock chairs, beverage in hand, feet in the pool, completely relaxed and watching the sun go down.The resort was generally peaceful. We had no concerns about personal safety or security. Just keep an eye out for raccoons lol. Chris made some excellent suggestions in terms of tours and we hired José of Guanacaste Adventure Tours based on his recommendation. He also suggested some local restaurants and they were spot on!In short, you’d be a fool not to stay here. It’s an amazing villa in a great location with a fabulous host! We truly had the best of times! "
