“I cannot even begin to praise this place too much. I would give it 1000 stars if I could. Amazing stay, amazing food ( so many gluten free options and never sick once for a celiac), amenities, clean luxurious rooms, luxury restaurants the total package. Be aware the seaweed is in full force throughout the Caribbean so prepare for that on the edge of the beach. They work hard to clean it up every day. Amazing place just book it!”

“Biggest problem is that it’s in the middle of nowhere so unless you know for sure you’re there for the wakeboarding, I would not stay there. Other than that the room was pretty ample and nice. Food was fine.”

“A lot of confusion if you reserve with apps get ready to pay more when u get to the hotel, fees food the couch has some stains the people at the bar were nice. If you want all inclusive need to pay at the hotel when you get there plus Resort fees almos 100 dollars call the hotel before reserving your money is not refundable!! The restaurant doesn’t have a lot of variety and then no bread o tortilla o fruits (Orange) this hotel need works.”

“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride……

“Overall we had a good experience, Staff was very nice and helpful. Atmosphere was relaxing and calm. We enjoyed the amenities that were on offer. A few issues we had that will probably probably cause us to book something else in the future: * Food is extremely expensive at this hotel, just absurd prices on some pretty basic options. * We brought our tennis gear only to find out the court rental fees are $78 per hour. Given that tennis courts are mentioned in the amenities, a fee……

“From the moment we arrived at the property, we were treated exceptionally well. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and cool towel before being driven to our bungalow, which immediately set the tone for an incredible stay. The bungalow itself was absolutely amazing—spacious, beautifully designed, and full of luxurious touches. The glass floors overlooking the beach below were such a unique and stunning feature. Having our own personal pool, a full refrigerator, and outstanding service made……

“Very nice room and environment. The beds were very hard, but we loved everything else about the room. Breakfast was good and we could order it in advance so they could prepare it and we didnt have to wait. Very good service overall!”

“A slice a paradise, with a romantic and boho chic atheistic. The food is delicious with fresh ingredients. It is a boutique hotel which we loved. We had 2 bungalows right on the beach so you can step out and enjoy the sound of the waves and had a choice of sun beds. The beach is rocky so we just used the pool. We had a car so could explore the area but if you want to unwind you could easily just relax there.”
