讚好：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
Our room on the beach was very comfortable. The resort grounds were exceptional, with jungle landscaping, complete with wild critters (swans, pheasants, iguanas, wild pigs, parrots, ...). The buffets were excellent. We only tried one of the booked restaurants (Smoke House) and the food was not impressive. My only significant complaint is that there were no written warnings in the room that the tap water was not drinkable, and that toilet paper was not to be put in the toilet but rather in a basket in the bathroom. Perhaps these features are known to seasoned Mexico travellers, but newcomers need to be warned of these issues, especially the water problem as it is a health concern.
