「Very easy check-in, clean, great mattress. We didn’t do any cooking but it seems everything you would need was there. It was very easy to get into town and to Gloucester and area beaches. We were stuck inside some of the time because of intense heat but that let me see rabbits, birds, and a beautiful doe from the window. Very serene and quiet space.」

「You need better lighting on the stairway stairs going up and down? If there’s a motion detector spot light it’s not working and those stairs are a little dark! 」

「All and all not a bad little place. Great location close to everything. Parking is close at the central parking lot at Hampton Beach which cost me about 90 bucks for 2 days and 2 nights so you can add parking to the overall cost but not a bad price considering they charge 50 bucks to just park for a day. One thing though, the air conditioner wouldn't stay on. It worked for a little while and then the thermostat on it went up to 86 degrees and stayed there so it wouldn't turn on but everything...

「Clean, safe, perfect location. Appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and snacks, nice bedding, hot water in shower, and strong AC - esp during the heat wave last week! The only suggestion I'd make is perhaps some new cotton bath towels would be nice. But that's nitpicking. Thank you, Jay... for a wonderful stay! 」

「The property was fine but I was told I couldn’t check in till 3 when I got there still didn’t have my code The owner said my room was ready at 12:30. I should have got an email from VRBO. I never received anything disappointing would have had more time at the beach.」

「The place seem to still under construction or renovation. No parking at all. Ac only in bed room so living room and kitchen is hot. The window has not blinds or shade, people can see you showering from the deck. The good thing is that it close to the beach. 」

「We chose this property in Swampscott, MA in July 2025 because of its location close to the venue for our daughter’s wedding. What a great decision we made! The location was perfect as we could easily walk to restaurants and the beaches. The 3 bedrooms were good sized, the kitchen was fully equipped, the living room had ample room for the 4 of us and the 2 off street parking spots were great. We look forward to returning to this lovely condo. 」
