“This was a milestone vacation for us, multigenerational trip with my husband , myself, elderly parents, young adult sons and a teenage son and two dogs. Our first real vacation in over 2 years! Dave and Erica’s place provided us with the much needed privacy with their beautiful private dock and lounge chairs overlooking the bay, private access to our own kayak, paddle boat , great clean grill and amazing outdoor hot/cold shower. “This is our second visit to this property and as per our first visit, it is cleaned immaculately it smells fresh. The linens are clean. The toilet is clean. The kitchen is spotless. I could go on all day just about the cleanliness and then it’s right on the beach, the rooftop Deck, I can’t say enough great things about this place. If you’re lucky enough to get to stay here you will not regret it!! It lacks absolutely nothing. They even let us bring our small to medium size dog Moses this place……

“We had an amazing stay in Chadwick Beach. Property is brand new, beautifully decorated and immaculate. The spacious open concept first floor provided plenty of room for hanging out with family and friends. Bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. Second floor balcony and roof top deck were perfect for reading, enjoying our morning coffee and cocktails in the evening. Quiet block walking distance to mini-golf, restaurant and a 3 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely love to stay……

“The house is beautiful and extremely well stocked. Plenty of everything. It is comfortable and the decor is very tasteful. A block away from the beach, few blocks from water park, everything was very easy. Owner answers questions right away and is on top of things. I recommend this house if you’re looking for a great house right in the heart of Seaside Height.”

“Awesome place with a great location. We were attending a beach wedding and literally had a 2 minute walk to the venue so location was perfect for us. The unit was clean and in excellent condition. You have a deck in unit 3 to enjoy and a wide open courtyard. Owners are super nice and live onsite if you need help with anything.”

Asked for 45 min early check-in no response. Asked for dishwasher detergent no response. Great location, very close to all our wedding festivities.”

“The hotel and room was beautiful and very clean although some amenities were not open I assume due to April being the off season. Salt restaurant and the food/bar area at the pool was not open. Was looking forward to at least breakfast in the hotel and nothing was available. Wish this was stated on their web cite. They did have complimentary coffee in the lobby each morning which I always love but didn’t know until our last morning. Had k-cup machine in hotel room which was great for us big……
