「This was our first experience at such an intimate B&B. I can’t imagine a better experience than what Dora provided for us. 「The staff were helpful and kind. But I feel the overall condition of the place has gone down a bit. First they gave us a key to a room someone was already occupying, however it was due to booking through a third party so (not necessarily the staff fault), then the top latch on the door in our second room did not work, the room wasn’t cleaned appropriately/ trash still in the ice bucket and the bathroom was a little gross as well as some other small things, and lastly the toilet broke twice and...
