Pollock Pines Family Hotel

"I was so pleasantly surprised with this property. I was nervous from some older photos but they renovated this beautifully the room did have a slightly musty smell but it was clean and exactly what we needed for our road trip. The staff was nice but not overly friendly. Would love complimentary coffee in the morning though! My kids loved the games though. We’d come back for sure. "

"Happy with property not so happy with hotel.com not letting me use my gift card or being reachable by phone- finally get a human and still can’t use the gift card The property was was very nice just be aware of the elevator, it’s old and they tell you to watch your step and I forgot and tripped but there’s a VibesUp store nearby and they fixed my sore knee quickly! "Enjoyed my weekend trip to Tahoe City. The location was great, after a full day out at the lake. Check in was quick, friendly. Once settled in my room walked the strip that has many options for dinner an shopping. Room was comfortable an at night it was very quiet. Check out was very simple with phenomenal service. I will definitely be coming back."
