蓬塔德尔加达港费拉里亚角灯塔附近酒店

“Everything was easy to find. Opening the doors with the code worked great as well as the gate. There was lots of room for parking. The breakfast was lovely and the coffee was brewed in a pot just like at home and in a nice big mug.”

“Great buffet and a few minutes to the city or central to the highways. A stunning place!”

“Beautiful property, amazing staff and great location!”

“Large, beautiful, and modern apartment with floor to ceiling windows and a private deck. Gorgeous views. Need a car in this area unless you like mountain climbing. Rural but upscale area. Best part was the delightful staff and delicious breakfast with lots of options and made to order eggs and omelettes. Love this place!”

“The bungalow was clean and very beautiful. However, we had booked it for two adults and our daughter, and the space intended for the third guest was not truly suitable for sleeping. The sofa bed in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the lack of curtains on the front door and window, combined with two very bright emergency exit lights that could not be turned off, made the room far too bright at night. When we arrived, the pool was not safe for swimming, and we had not……

“Do not expect a 4 star property because it is a 2 star. The property needs a lot of repairs and updates. Breakfast is the same everyday and besides scrambled eggs they have beans and mushrooms, never offered bacon and ham only one day. We booked for 5 days thinking that 2 would be to relax by the pool, but it was closed the whole time we were there. The staff is nice and accommodating and it is the best asset of the property. Also, the location is not the best if you don’t have a car.”

“The stay itself was perfect! Such a beautiful and clean building and great outdoor area. Breakfast was delicious and had lots to choose from. Secure parking onsite for a fee. Super convenient and safe. Definitely will be back!”

“Property needs some patching work….staff was very nice”

“An absolutely beautiful place to stay in Ponta Delgada! The property is so nice to arrive to. The location is very convenient with plenty of free parking available nearby. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and there are fantastic amenities throughout the property. We made use of the outdoor, but enclosed jacuzzi every day. Breakfast is included, and the quality of the food was excellent. Most importantly, was the friendly staff. Everyone who worked there was always very cheerful……

“This is a great hotel, only a short walk to the downtown are with restaurants.”

“Great breakfast”

“Room was comfortable but that’s the only positive. Arrived for self check-in within the stipulated time, and the room was not cleaned since the last guests. Customer service is difficult to reach and might be a bot (?). Said to leave immediately because the room was double booked. When I said no, they said that actually they’re just confused with another reservation and they will send a cleaner. Had to wait awhile. Overall very stressful and terrible lack of service - I can’t properly explain……
