「Location was great to the area shops, restaurants, taxis, and marina. Breakfast was reasonably priced and good tasting. Rooms were a nice size and clean. Housekeeping staff do a phenomenal job keeping the rooms clean. Hotel staff were all helpful and nice. Love their t-shirts! I tried to buy one but couldn’t. That’s my only suggestion, sell the t-shirts. Great advertisement!」

「Lovely, lovely! The people were so friendly, personal and helpful! I traveled there with my daughter and they brought me a complimentary bottle of wine and a chilled bottle of apple juice for her. The breakfast was excellent in terms of selection and quality. The hotel itself, full of character and delights around every corner. On the roof is a gorgeous infinity pool and sun loungers - incredible view! There’s a nice-looking gym, as well. Awesome vibes all around.」

「Room was comfortable but that’s the only positive. Arrived for self check-in within the stipulated time, and the room was not cleaned since the last guests. Customer service is difficult to reach and might be a bot (?). Said to leave immediately because the room was double booked. When I said no, they said that actually they’re just confused with another reservation and they will send a cleaner. Had to wait awhile. Overall very stressful and terrible lack of service - I can’t properly explain...
