Wonderful BnB experience

Bella and Dave have created a welcoming BnB in a great walkable part of Ponta Delgada. They were friendly with all the guests, were helpful to us is suggesting places to visit, and good a delicious breakfast every morning!

Bella and Dave are fantastic hosts. The room was spacious and comfortable. The daily breakfast was very good and a highlight of our trip. The location is perfect. We were able to easily walk to the marina and restaurants. We can’t speak highly enough about how great of hosts and people Bella and Dave are.

I LOVED this bed and breakfast. The hosts are on property every morning and make you the most delicious breakfast. The hospitality is unmatched! They gave us a bunch of great recommendations too. The property is very close to both the ocean and the pool. There’s a bunch of restaurants close by, a mini supermarket, and lots of stores on the water. A 20 minute walk is very easy here because the weather is incredible and everything is very accessible. There’s a pineapple plantation and a park with a playground right behind the property at the end of the block. It’s absolutely perfect!! Our room had views of both the ocean and the mountains. You could see the sun rise and the sunset.

Bela and Dave were exceptional hosts. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Dave made me omelets in the morning. Bela took me to a beautiful vista and tea factory on a rainy morning. It was magical to spend time with warm tea in a day like that and she offered to do this herself. The building is brand new, every detail is thought of. Its walkable to citi center and safe and quiet. I highly recommend it and will be back.

Comfort, Convenience, and Warm Hospitality

Bella and Dave were outstanding hosts! Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast featuring local breads, cheese, and meats along with fresh coffee and juices, and a made-to-order hot dishes—ranging from perfectly scrambled eggs and crispy bacon to fresh, hot waffles. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable, medium-firm bed and supportive pillows. The bathroom was also well sized with an amzing showerhead! Bella and Dave made a point to connect with us every morning and offered a variety of thoughtful recommendations that enhanced our stay. Parking was available on site, which was a real bonus given that the city’s charming old streets were designed before cars were common. We often walked to the city center—it was an easy, flat 18-minute stroll. The neighborhood felt very safe, even when we walked to local restaurants for late dinners that ended as late as 11pm. Highly recommended!

Una estancia excelente. Bela y Dave fueron muy amables y atentos. La habitación estaba nueva y con todas las comodidades. El desayuno estaba riquísimo y, además, lo preparaban con producto local. Recomiendo alojarse en este alojamiento si visitas la isla de Sao Miguel.
