Fantastic Villa with capacity up to 9 people, with a view of the south of the island of São Miguel, Azores with all the ideal conditions for a family holiday.
It is located on the outskirts of Ponta Delgada in a very quiet and peaceful location.
A fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean on the south coast of São Miguel Island, ideal for a family or friends holiday, with all the amenities you need to make your holiday go for the best. Fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. 4 bathrooms all with hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and bath towels.

Beautiful home, but inaccurate listing

This home is modern, clean and well appointed. The office, gym and pool were a step above what you would expect for a vacation rental. Huge living areas and a large kitchen. The washer and dryer were very helpful, too. There are two levels of tons of outdoor seating to enjoy the ocean view. Really special. The location is about 20 minutes from downtown Ponta Delgada. It was a quiet and peaceful area, but you will definitely need a car as there is nothing but homes nearby. You should know that the listing is misleading. The listing said the home is air conditioned. Not true. There are 3 bedrooms on the second level and two bathrooms. There is air-conditioning on the second level ONLY. The bedroom and 2 bathrooms downstairs and all of the living areas downstairs are not air conditioned. We were uncomfortably warm downstairs. The owner said to open the windows and sliding doors to cool the downstairs. There are no screens on the windows or sliding doors, so we then had tons of flies in the house. So, it was not a good experience for us, especially those in the downstairs bedroom. We tried to spend most of our time outside, but it rained quite a bit while we were there. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this home unless you are prepared to go without air conditioning or you like flies.
