「The reception helped plan my stay including dinner reservations and island excursions before I even arrived. They responded via email in an extremely timely and professional manner. 「Staff was very nice. Wife and I traveled with 2 teenage kids and the suite with 2 roll aways was the best way for us to stay (kids choice bunks only for kids up to 10). The hotel is walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops. P Delgada is convenient to highway if you want to go East or West for activities.」

「Wonderful location on the Ponta Delgada waterfront, with a small balcony. Our room was immaculate and spacious. Bathroom was very good. The parking situation has some problems. There is parking in a garage under the hotel for a reasonable fee, but only the upper level is connected by elevator to the hotel. The lower level has a separate entrance and difficult foot access. Parking spaces on both levels are too narrow.」

「Our stay was amazing, the staff were super helpful. The kitchen was great, the stove had two burners and there was plenty of plates, pans, and cutlery for two people. The parking was a little bit of a hassle as there was not really any street parking but the staff directed us to where there was free parking.」

Pool area outside was gorgeous & front desk staff was always so helpful. They have a huge spa on site too. And most rooms had balconies, which was great to sit outside & overlook pool/view.
