“First of all, be aware of what you are renting. The "cottages" are actually townhomes and there are four per unit. The walls are extremely then/poorly insulated so you feel like you’re staying with the other people who are next door. That said,, the place was comfortable & clean, but not meticulously maintained. The units are showing their age for sure. The staff was incredibly responsive and friendly. They really made the stay outstanding.Basically, if you’re going to stay here, bring earplugs……

“When we arrived, we checked in and our room was not clean, though it had been released for check in. The front desk staff was unhelpful, did not have any sense of urgency or empathy for the situation. We learned it was a much larger issue that just our unit, with more than 20 units that needed cleaned, and several families waiting in the lobby for access to their rooms. After over an hour waiting for housekeeping, or even a timeline for remedy, we opted to find lodging elsewhere. I did receive……
