“We had to book this location a day before we made it out there so I was nervous about what we were getting into but it was perfect! I must mention that we did not have AC in the unit we stayed in and coming from the south, that was very unusual. Little did we know, you didn’t even need AC! The ceiling fans were enough and kept us COLD as we slept! The host was responsive and very helpful! ”

“Very nice, centrally located condo in Oakland off 580. Easy freeway access to go anywhere. Safe, secure building and very quiet. There is a parking garage and you will be very happy to have it as street parking is limited. The garage can be a little intimidating at first to get into the parking space but follow instructions to circle through the garage and then pull into the space. We fit our Jeep Gladiator into the space with no problem. The condo is very spacious and has everything you……

“This house was just right for our weekend stay. It was walking distance to restaurants and the university. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The only thing that was missing was a full length mirror.”

“Very spacious home and clean. The location was great to walk for meals. Would highly recommend this place!”

“Overall this was a 4.5 stay. The only thing that we didn't like was that we booked for 8 people and there were only 6 towels (we had to go buy 2 more). Our stay was during an unusual hot weekend for this time of year. We would've loved some fans to cool the place down a bit... not really the houses fault! We loved the location. “We really enjoyed our stay in this tranquil apartment. The space was very relaxing for the three of us, and a fantastic location. The kids play structure just up the road is amazing. The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.”

“I didn't arrive to the property until after 8pm. Being able to park in the tiny driveway was nice. The instructions were very clear, which was a plus. Once inside everything was as it appears in the photos. Note that check-in time is an hour later and check-out is an hour earlier than most places. My only real issue was that I was charged for the full rate at booking, and two days before my arrival a pre-authorization hold for more than the rental fees was made as well.”

“Karen was a great host, very responsive to communication. Great location for everything we needed to do while in town. The space was clean, bed was comfy. Was great to have a full size fridge and stove/oven. Will definitely come back on our next trip! ”
