Delightful Stay in Alameda

This was a delightful place to stay in Alameda. It is comfortable, charming and fully equipped. It is within walking distance of parks and shops, and it's an easy drive from Oakland. The host is attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Alameda Apartment!

This garden apartment is lovely and ideal for visiting the East Bay. The rooms are nicely furnished and equipped with everything you might need. So reasonably priced! This was our second stay and we’ll be back soon! Thanks Marti!

Lovely spot, well supplied, plenty of room for the two of us. Centrally located in Alameda allowing us to walk many places. Very quiet street. The owner lives upstairs and was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will be back!

Just perfect

I stayed for 4 nights and this unit was perfect. Plenty of space for me to work and relax. Walking distance to a cute coffee shop. Beautiful neighborhood . Host was very accommodating and responsive . I would definitely stay again .

Our Summer Getaway

My husband and I were so glad to have chosen the Garden Apartment for our summer getaway. The apartment had all that we needed during our trip. Our next scheduled trip to No Cal will be in 2025, which we hope the apartment will be available to book. It's a great place to stay!

Perfect location and more!

Just as the listing says, this private ground floor apartment is located near restaurants and coffee shops on the island. The neighborhood is safe and lovely to walk around. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The best part is the back garden to sit in.

Great location!

We were in Alameda to visit old friends in the east bay. The location was perfect, in a great neighborhood in the Gold Coast district with lots of Victorian homes. The apartment was very quiet and private. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. It has a beautiful garden where we would often sit outside and have coffee and eat breakfast. Definitely a great find.

The apartment was cute and cozy, it was located in a very cute neighborhood that was close to grocery stores etc. would highly recommend staying here. Marti was very nice and accommodating.

Centrally located for my visit. Apartment has everything one could possibility need. Furnishings are an absolute delight. Thought I was in a Paris flat! Couldn't have been more pleased. Son slept on couch bed. Very comfortable.

Charming, cozy Victorian basement apartment - my only suggestion is additional shower storage - I have a lot of shower gear, so we had to McGyver it! Loved the convenient parking - not sure how you manage it, Marti, but there was always a space right out front - this is critical in this area.

Alameda a great Island city.

The property was super cute, decorated in antique/vintage/asian decor. Bright and sunny during day. Quiet neighborhood. Beware of lower ceilings. TV operation a little funky to begin with but seemed to clear up. Would have been nice to know where washer/dryer were located since they are not in unit and couldn’t get a hold of host. Ended up at laundromat. Other than that, a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Alameda

We had a great stay. Alameda has the best and biggest July 4 parade. Marti gave us some great restaurants to visit and recommended the ferry to San Francisco. Thank you !
