“It was cute and clean, exactly what we needed. Beds were comfortable. I would suggest that you actually have shower soap bc the little tiny hand soap at sink was definitely not adequate. Place was quiet and we felt safe. ”

“I wonder if our original property address got changed along the way. I didn't realize there were 2 different addresses mentioned in communications so we went to wrong address first then looked at later communication that had different address . Finally figured it out when picture and codes for locks did not match at first address. Took a while to reach manager to get into property at later address as room lock code had also been miscommunicated. So "bed" room is exactly that- just a bed. Kitchen……

“They keep this place so clean. The rooms are perfect for what you pay and the kitchen is always nice. Two seating areas to eat. The beds were comfortable and big fans in the rooms, since they don’t have A/C. All in all, very comfortable and I hated leaving, couldn’t rebook because they are always booked up. I’d definitely stay again. Oh, I left my passport, of all things and they weee very timely in helping me out. Thank you”

“I actually didn't find this guest house, and the local taxi driver who took me there couldn't find it either. It was not a motel or hotel without any sign or lighting, and impossible to locate at night. I still don't know where it is now. The confirmation message from Expedia did not even provide me a street number, only 45th Ave S. Seattle, but what is the street number? After I booked this guesthouse, I drove all the way from Vancouver to Seattle, and in the middle of the drive, I got a……

“We enjoyed our stay! The house is in a residential neighborhood, with frequent buses during the day to take you to downtown. Downstairs is a nice shared kitchen. Private rooms with attached private bathrooms are upstairs. Rooms are nicely furnished and very clean! On the small side but fits a couple just fine. Vince was a great host, very communicative and friendly over email. Note that they use an additional reservation process, so once you reserve you will need to respond to emails to sign……

“The bed is comfortable. The shower is modern and clean and the air is fresh. The trees are tall surrounding the cozy room. The kitchen and laundry are very nice though we didn’t use them. The host is very friendly and quick to with a response. And it’s only a few blocks away from Seattle Pacific University! Way better than a hotel!”

“Came to Seattle for four nights to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The host prepared the room with a sweet birthday message and a gift to kick off our vacation. The location was perfect; Away from the busy city, but close enough for a reasonable drive. The room provided a wonderful place to rest and take a load off. We had excellent privacy and a quiet atmosphere. The host was especially helpful whenever we had any questions about the room, beach access, etc. I would highly recommend this……

“下单之后 连酒店的具体地址都没有，打电话一直打不通. 好不容易打通了 说要我的拍照我的ID发给她才能给我地址，收到地址后，去了又没有开门的password，接着打电话，又一直打不通，大冬天的硬是让我和女朋友在外面找了一个多小时 又等了半个多小时. 太他妈操蛋了， 还有一条澡巾上面居然还有血印...太垃圾了 ， 还有隐藏的收费，清洁费每人每晚10刀，两个人两晚40刀...太垃圾了”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this just right apartment sized place. It is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to downtown and nearby restaurants aplenty. There is even a nice trail down to Lake Washington nearby.”

“This place is top notch! The views are outstanding. Checkin was easy, Tiffany reached out to us prior to our stay and was amazing through the entire process. The home was super clean (which we noticed immediately). Everything about this place is just wonderful! Can't wait to come back.”

“The sound of the refrigerator and air conditioner was so loud that I had to turn off the air conditioner but the quilt was so thin that I was woken up by the cold at night. The refrigerator was noisy but I couldn't turn it off. I went to bed at three in the morning, woke up at six in the morning and slept until about seven. I only slept for more than four hours at night.”
