- Cozy La Palma B, is a new apartment, free Wifi, free parking and good for relaxing , 5 minutes to the new port Richey Downtown, close to nices Restaurants and beach, private patio and entrance new kitchen. Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed with prior approval. A $75 pet fee will be charged per stay. If additional cleaning or a deep clean is required due to pet hair, odors, or damage, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and preventing any damage.
