This beautiful condo includes everything you need, including dishes, glassware, pots and pans, dishwasher, coffee maker, a washer and dryer (shared with B side guest), quality bedding and linens, as well as 2 flat-screen TV sets (1 in living room, 1 in bedroom, with cable access. High speed Wireless internet included, board games, and Netflix included. The bedroom includes 2 queen sized beds, walk-in shower and walk in closet. 1/2 bath also included. Living room has full living room set. Marble dinning room table with 4 seats.

The unit has a large private porch off of the living room with tables and chairs. Private entrance with keypad code for easy check in/ check out, as well as 24/7 security in the community.

Close to I95/Turnpike, PGA Village Golf 5 min away, 7 min drive to Mets Spring Training/First Data Field, 30 minute drive to beaches, and just 2 hour drive to Disney (Orlando) and Miami. Restaurants, bars, brewery, bowling, and more within 5 minutes of your home away from home!

HOA rules as follows: No buses, boats, motorcycles, commercial vehicles or trailers allowed.

NO PETS rule applies and SMOKING is STRICTLY PROHIBITED anywhere inside the home.
