「We had a wonderful stay with our our 2-year old! Communication was great throughout and we were even able to check in a little bit early. The location is perfect and it feels very safe. They provided a travel cot, a high chair as well as a baby bath, which was lovely. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette has everything you need (though I wish the microwave door opened the other way as it's a bit awkward to get into). 「This was our second visit to Hotel Gaivota Azores and we would come back again gladly. The staff are very warm and friendly, there is a parking pass available to rent, there is free breakfast, they offer a birthday cake delivered to room to celebrate a bday, and the view is amazing. We love it there! Zero complaints!」

She was an amazing young lady in helping me book my day tours and yes helping me find another hotel as I messed up and didn't book my last night and their hotel was booked up.
