“Came to Seattle for four nights to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The host prepared the room with a sweet birthday message and a gift to kick off our vacation. The location was perfect; Away from the busy city, but close enough for a reasonable drive. The room provided a wonderful place to rest and take a load off. We had excellent privacy and a quiet atmosphere. The host was especially helpful whenever we had any questions about the room, beach access, etc. I would highly recommend this……

“The guest house in Kirkland was amazing. The home is beautifully decorated with more than enough space for 2 adults with all the amenities needed. They even include a bottle of wine, snacks and coffee, a nice added touch. Jeff and Michelle are gracious hosts. We absolutely loved our stay at the guest house and would definitely return!”

“The bed is comfortable. The shower is modern and clean and the air is fresh. The trees are tall surrounding the cozy room. The kitchen and laundry are very nice though we didn’t use them. The host is very friendly and quick to with a response. And it’s only a few blocks away from Seattle Pacific University! Way better than a hotel!”

“New, lovely, comfortable, clean space that didn't disappoint. Situated in a quiet orchard, we watched the wildlife go by and opened the windows at night to listen to the owls. So many thoughtful extras were stocked for us (loved the chocolate from the local sweet shop!). Very close to town and everything it offers. Great communication from hosts. If you get the opportunity, stay here!”

“My family of 6 stayed here 2 nights and we have to say Wow! We were not sure when we pulled up and saw the outside. It's ok, but the nice surprise was the totally remodeled inside! They did such an amazing job on the remodel. All the appliances and furniture were very nice. Bathrooms were amazing-jetted shower with rain head in master along with heated mirrors. The beds were very comfy and soft and each room had its own AC. Nice outside balcony to relax and enjoy sunsets. I would……

“This was a great little spot for me, with a very unique room. I needed to be close to the hospital, so this was perfect. Easy to get Uber's or just to walk. The staircase upstairs was a little narrow to haul my bag up, but beyond that, a great experience. The text communications about how to get into the room was easy to follow, quick responses to any questions I had and when my appointment ran a little long past checkout, very kind to work with me to make sure I didn't get locked out of my……

“A great location if you’re going to a concert at the climate pledge arena and looking for a safe neighbourhood. Parking wasn’t too bad either, was only there for two days but got a spot a 2 min walk away both times, and the room is perfect for 2 people, shower is amazing and comfortable bed. ”
