"Lots of poolside chairs but we were there in low season. Paid for upgraded room and deeply regret. Even requested a quiet room and was blown away by music in their luau pavilion. Hotel makes money hosting concerts but doesn’t consider noise pollution and lack of parking for their paying hotel guests. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo. The view was absolutely amazing, and we loved watching the surfers each day from the lanai—it was such a relaxing way to start and end our days. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and we found everything we needed during our stay. The owner was very responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. We would happily stay here again."

"Receiving the room code on the day people travel is not good. Phones are on airplane mode. The code should be given a few days before arrival or at least make it very clear that it is received in email and text on the arrival day. Both air conditioning units blew out black stuff that was disgusting."

"Great view and lovely decor (new perhaps). It was a bit loud in the bedrooms in the morning being close to the road and the noisy birds! We really appreciated having AC in the bedrooms. Beds were comfy. We would have appreciated more beach towels as well as a supply of laundry soap. Or the laundry room should have a "smart" way to purchase detergent (digital option, change machine for bills, etc). Having four quarters to buy soap was not happening for us!! Kids loved the pool. Grounds were gorgeous. No safe swimming near the resort except for a quick dip in the kiddie area, so be prepared to drive if you want to snorkel, swim, boogie board, etc. "

"This condo exceeded both of our expectations by far!!!! It was just exactly as described and it made our trip to Kauai an unforgettable one! We will definitely be repeat visitors! And soon I hope! The condo was very well decorated, comfortable, clean, spacious and was so quiet. The sound doesn’t seem to travel too much at all which is nice. It is also well stocked. Thank you for a wonderful visit!!!!! "
