“We never received the access needed to get to the property. We arrived in Baton Rouge for a party, after the party we went to check in and the address was incorrect on navigation. We did not have any access information so weren’t able to get into the gates. This was 5pm and we were stranded with nowhere to stay. The owner would not respond to email and phone did not work. “We were attending an event at Raising Cane's Rivercenter and wanted to be somewhere that we didn't have to worry about driving through traffic or paying parking fees. This location is PERFECT. “The property was in a convenient location for us. The deadbolt was broken so we only had the door lock. The apartment looked like it had been vacuumed but there was dust on all the furniture and it needed a good deep cleaning. The only shampoo and conditioners were what other guests had left. Not what was advertised. The owner was great with responding and communicating.”
