“The property had just been renovated. However the construction dirt and dust was never cleaned up just wet mopped over. The bathroom door did not close, shower was dirty. The main elevator was non-functional. The outside doors on the side of the building did not close properly and anyone could walk right in anytime, which we did numerous times the other door down by the elevator that worked was propped open with a big piece of wood.
