“I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this resort. We were three women traveling together, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel unwelcome. The lack of friendliness was noticeable throughout our stay, particularly from several of the female staff members. It was honestly uncomfortable how we were treated.
One of the biggest issues was the dining experience. We were turned away from the restaurant twice because we were told we weren’t dressed appropriately. We were……

“The hotel has a lovely location and the staff are so friendly and helpful.
My only complaint is the food, particularly breakfast. It used to be so good but has gone downhill.
This wouldn’t put me off returning because the bedroom refurbishment is greatly improved and the staff are so nice.”
