I have a story to share, I dropped my little bag While I get out of my taxi in front of the hotel it has my passport, ID, credit cards and cash mony. I thought I lost it, next day I asked the manager to look at the camera and check it out we went through a lot of records till we found that a delivery guy has picked it up and left through many efforts by the hotel staff we got his phone number and the manager called him in a very professional way to bring my bag back I got everything with a huge relief. big thanks to the hotel staff and Mr Sameh, the manger. "

"Excellent breakfast outside next to the hotel, very clean rooms, 4 restaurants just inside the property with terasse outside, not too expensive $150 US breakfast included a nice basket of fruits upon arrival and a large bottle of water. 15 minutes from the airport, 45 minutes to the Sohynx and Keopsand the Grand Museum. 3 minutes walking to reach the Metro. I recommend, Richard from Montreal Canada"

"18 hours without water, my room door couldn’t lock for couple of days. No English speakers at front desk. I asked for tawels it took then two days to get it. Add the racest attitude to words blanks by some staffers. I won’t return. "
