There is minimal boat traffic, so you enjoy swimming ‘alfresco’ if you choose or use the two included kayaks in the protected waters. A few minutes' walk away you’ll find famed Sapodilla beach.

VILLA POLICIES
• Statement of Liability signed on arrival; a credit card must be provided as security deposit.
• Check-In time: 4 pm
• Check-Out time: 10 am
• No smoking policy inside the house.
• 7 nights minimum in high season between Saturday to Saturday.
• Villa is cleaned before and after your stay. Midweek clean available on request for additional cost.
• Garden service once per week
• Children of all ages are welcome
• Optional A/C: Should you opt to use aircon, meters are read on your arrival and departure. You will be charged the going island rate during the time of your stay. The fuel factor which fluctuates monthly. Please visit the website of Fortis TCI to see what they will be charged while here.
• Occupancy: 4 including children
• No smoking in the villa
• Starter size amenities only provided on arrival, such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towel, sponge, dish soap and laundry detergent.
A car rental is highly recommended. While Las Brisas Restaurant is in close proximity and is wonderful, as are Taylor Bay and Sapodilla beaches, there is so much more to explore and enjoy on island that a rental car would not go amiss.
