The Space:
Welcome to Villa Inhale, a stunning villa located along the lush Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Club in the heart of Grace Bay, less than a 5-minute drive to Grace Bay Beach! The villa is family-friendly and well-equipped, providing a welcoming haven in Turks & Caicos, and as an added bonus, it has a beautiful private pool! Between outings and trips to the beach, you can relax poolside on relaxing sun loungers, grill tasty treats on the BBQ, and enjoy dining al fresco in the shade.

For quality downtime at home, the sitting area features cozy seating and a Smart TV with cable and Sonos sound system.

The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen has it all, even a dishwasher for quick clean-ups so you can get back to enjoying your vacation. The island provides added space for easy meal prep as well as a spot to grab a quick snack or work on your laptop if needed. As an added convenience, there’s a washer and dryer in the home.

Situated on the upper level of the home, there are 2 restful bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen, both with a full ensuite bathroom. To ensure you wake up feeling like royalty, the rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, plush pillows and high-end linens. A Pack ´n Play/travel crib is available if needed. A full rollaway bed will be provided for the 5th guest.

You’ll be only a 5-minute drive to Grace Bay Beach, and the beach offers plenty of opportunities for water activities like snorkeling and swimming due to its calm and inviting waters. Plus, you’ll be a short distance from local eats, stunning beaches, activities, and more!

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 12 km or 7 mi from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS). A rental car is recommended, and there is parking space at the property.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must climb stairs inside the villa.

There is no daily housekeeping, but a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged with prior notice for a fee.

Please note at the end of your arrangements, the premises should be left in the same condition in which they were found. In case of loss, or damage, added costs will apply.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated.
- Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed in the property. If you are travelling with an animal make sure that you comply with the TCI Government regulations to enter the island (Including service or emotional support animals).
