「Would not stay here again. All I wanted to do was check in at check in time and my room was over an hour late after traveling for 30+ hours. The staff was not apologetic at all and offered no solution to my room not being on time besides to wait. Bathroom also had hair everywhere and room had a weird smell to it.」

「I just checked out of this apartment and feel compelled to leave an honest review to warn future guests. The hygiene and cleanliness of the place were completely unacceptable. It was obvious that the host had not taken cleaning seriously at all. I found strands of hair on the bed and pillows, which made me question whether the sheets had even been changed. In the bathroom, there was used shower gel left behind, which had not been thrown away – a very clear sign that the place wasn’t properly...

「這是一個老房子，所以對於設施就不要有太多的期待，房間也有一點點悶。但除此之外一切都很棒。地點非常方便之外服務更是沒話說，旅館人員都很真誠熱情又不過分叨擾，早餐也非常有誠意，用餐環境有中世紀的感覺，旅館也有提供拖鞋跟飲水機還有免費飲料，總體來說是非常滿意的一次住宿。」

「We had a bad experience with check in do to poor internet connection to register online to receive a code. The code was not matching my phone number and we sent emails, then we tried calling on Viber and WatsApp to contact the property owner who had a problem with his phone, we waited 2 hours to receive a code for the key locker and to enter the property. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, there’s only small refrigerator and hairdryer, but no coffee machine or tea pot,...

「Air conditioning was a huge plus! Everything was a little run down, and it takes 5 keys just to get to our room. The bathroom always had a slight sewer smell, and the automatic light to go into the bathroom turned on anytime you might want to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night…not ideal if others are trying sleep in the room. Overall it worked for a budget stay in a great location in Florence」
