“The guest house was in a very good location. Bang opposite a parking lot. So you could really park there for whatever amounts that you needed to park the right down there. So you start walking, it's the next street, is there is the river you can walk through the bridge. You can walk through the streets or Florence. It's just amazing location, beautiful property. The rooms are big and beautiful paintings on the walls of the ceiling loved it and had a great time.”

In the bathroom, there was used shower gel left behind, which had not been thrown away – a very clear sign that the place wasn’t properly……
