「The flat is very clean and well-appointed, everything we needed was there! Spacious walk in shower and beds were very comfortable. Fantastic place!」

「Very nice renovated medieval farm house. Rustic interior. Very nice kitchen and bathrooms. Good directions for operating the appliances. The location inside the remnants of a castle is remarkable, and the view from Monsummano Alto is spectacular. We also had a fantastic dinner at La Forresteria restaurant right on the mountain top.」

「We loved our stay at the Borgo - very central to the main cities to visit like Lucca and Pisa. Comfortable bed, air con was a plus, it became a home from home for us for 6 days. Nice to have a pool to chill around as well.」

「Bij aankomst bleek er bij de huiseigenaar geen boeking bekend. The French Concierge was niet meer te bereiken en uiteindelijk kon VRBO ook niets meer voor ons betekenen. Op eigen houtje een vervangende locatie geboekt. Nu hopen dat we ons geld snel terug krijgen. Voor ons nooit meer」

「Wunderschönes Häuschen, alles dort wird wirklich mit liebe gepflegt und das sieht man. Die gastgeber waren soo freundlich und haben uns gegen ein faires Entgeld bekocht , es war sooo lecker . Der pool ist top. Wir können nichts negatives sagen ausser dass es bei uns unten phme klima wirklich sehr heiss war , die Räume oben haben eine klima. Man ist auf jeden fall auf ein Auto angewiesen . 」

「Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.In der schönen Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.Fahrtzeit nach Pisa 1 Stunde 45 Minuten und Florenz 1 Stunde 25 Minuten. Nachts die Serpentinen hoch ist ein kleines Abenteuer, da allerhand Wild unterwegs ist.」

「The property itself was the perfect size and location for exploring Tuscany. It was very clean and had a lot of nice amenities. It was about an hour drive from most popular towns, and had a town close by for groceries and restaurants. The standout, however, was Carmelo who was absolutely fantastic. On the first day he gave us restaurant and winery recommendations, and showed us around the property. He was very easy to get a hold of for questions or concerns. We even had a small medical problem...

「Wir waren mit Signore Camelli, mit seiner Ferienwohnung, mit der interessanten Umgebung, mit der zentralen Lage für viele Besichtigungen, tollen Ausflugszielen, der Nähe zum Meer und zu vielen feinen typisch toskanischen Restaurants und Cafés…..rundum zufrieden!!!」

「We loved the house but it’s not for anyone with even slightly impaired walking, balance, or ability to climb stairs. The house is very old, but updated wonderfully. However we never saw any pool. I would definitely return to this house.」

「Das schöne Ferienhaus liegt ruhig und einsam in den Bergen der Toskana. Wir waren mit mehreren Familien dort und die Lage erlaubte es, auch abends draußen sitzen zu können ohne jemanden zu stören. Es gab mehrere Sitzgruppen im Freien und es war möglich an einer großen Sitzreihe gemeinsam zu essen. Dies ging auch im Haus sehr gut. Der Pool war toll! Sehr sauber und groß genug für alle zum Spaß haben. Das Grundstück ist riesig. Die Zimmer waren alle ziemlich gleichwertig und schön, was die...

「Beginnend von der freundlichen Begrüßung durch Davide , der Vermieter, haben er und sein Vater uns mit Tipps und bei Fragen super betreut. Wir waren als Familie ( 11 Personen) im Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Haben gleich für nächstes Jahr gebucht. Nochmals vielen Dank an Davide und seinen Vater.」

「Old but typical house on 3 levels with wonderful view on the Tuscany country. House situated in a beautiful and quiet small village with a good trattoria on the small piazza at 50m. Situation of the house was perfect to discover Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, San Gimignano, Chianti countryside... One and a half hour drive to La Spezia where you can take the express train to the small villages of Cinqueterre. Regarding the house, nothing was missing. Equipment old but functional. Beds were confortable...

「We stayed there for 5 nights (April 9 -14, 2017) at room no. 2. We had such an enjoyable time there as the owners, Mr. Viviano and Mrs. Carla and their sons, were very friendly to us. They gave us useful information concerning Montecatini and Tuscany. We really appreciated this family-run hotel. Our room was very clean and done every day. We also had a good sleep every night after long walks and sightseeing activites. The via F. Cavallotti road where the hotel is situated is very tranquil....

「De beste vakantie waar we op waren, hele mooie locatie, mooie plek, hele mooie tuin met een zwembad, schone en mooie huis en aardige en helpvolle vrouw en man. We komen zeker nog een keer terug.」

「L'endroit est très tranquille, au milieu de la nature. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très discrets. Le jardin est magnifique. Tout correspond parfaitement à la description.」
