“We selected this property partly for the spa and convenience to the old walled city. When we arrived, we were informed there was a festival in town that weekend, and had to park at the train station two miles away. No way to drive in or out for the whole stay. Then, we asked to use the spa and the spa was not even open—being refurbished for the month. They should have let us know before we got all the way there. Pretty spot, not sure I’d do it again. The Renaissance folks at the festival were……

“We werden goed ontvangen door Alexandra. Schone kamers en de airco was alvast aangezet. Alles werd duidelijk en kort uitgelegd. Een koelkast was tot onze beschikking. De voormalige schuur was vakkundig verbouwd en super netjes afgewerkt. 's Ochtends stond een goed ontbijt klaar op het buiten terras. Erg afgelegen maar een goede tussenstop naar het zuiden.”

“This chateau is managed by a gracious French couple, Jean-Jacques and his wife Francine. They were exceptionally friendly and attentive to our needs, as visiting Americans arriving after an unexpectedly long day of travel from London, across the Channel from Dover to Calais, and then by our local driver, who was booked through the excellent Private Tours of England. I'll admit that we weren't as prepared as we might have been for our first night in France. Jean-Jacques and Francine spoke only……

“Joli appartement situé tout près du centre ville, on fait tout à pied. De jolies choses à voir dont L' église Ayoul et son prieuré, a quelques pas de l'appartement. Et du parking gratuit.”

“Allez y les yeux fermer. Je n'ai jamais vu une salle de bain autant approvisionnée en produits, accessoire de coiffure. Tout est topissime. Tout est décoré avec goût ”

“Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Iouri et sa compagne ( même si celle-ci n'était pas présente durant notre séjour). Les chambres étaient agréables et les lits étaient confortables. Mon fils a bien profité de la piscine nettoyée tous les matins par Iouri. Il nous a également gratifié de petites attentions. ”

“Nous avons passé un agréable week-end prolongé au calme et à quelques minutes de belles visites : le musée vivant du chemin de fer de Longueville, la belle ville de Provins avec notamment un fabuleux spectacle de chevaliers pour toute la famille.”
