「I was traveling on July 15 and the only good thing that this hotel has are the super attentive and very friendly employees, we had to ask them to change our room because the one we had was horrible, the air didn't work, the musty smell was too strong, the floor was all full of water, the walls liquefying water, the bathroom had never been washed it, apparently since the hotel opened, and the towels and sheets, don't even say horrible, the super disappointed cleanliness was not what we expected,...

「Awful experience. Rooms were musky and smell like mold. Ceiling were wet. Service to escorted to the rooms, no elevator. We carried our bags to the 3rd floor with no help or offer for assistance. Thwy said this was VIP treatment. Rooms were old dated and nothing as described. We immediately checkout. Guest attended advise we have to seek expedia for refund. Expedia in return responded say refund not authorized by hotel. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE.」

「No parqueo, sumamente inseguros, tuallas y limpieza de habitación deben solicitarse y pagar individualmente. El dinero es lo de menos es la falta de servicio, la habitacion con un olor a humedad terrible. Comida barata pero mala, lo unico salvable son las masajista y varios seguridad que tienen una buena atitud」

「Sosúa by the Sea is a hidden gem. The staff was amazing and the hotel is well kept. The rooms are rustic and the amenities are very nice. This is not an all-inclusive hotel so please note that you will have pay for your food, drinks and room safe. The views are breathtaking. My husband and I will be back next year.」

「Great beach, restaurants, very secure. Staff seemed unsure about some things, however, especially at the reception desk; it takes a while to make yourself understood - you would expect a tourist place like this would have better trained staff. Language was a barrier, but we had some Spanish to help us get by. Building looks like it’s going to need renovations soon. 」
