“Puedo decirte que el hotel excelente y los vuelos en Volaris muy bien puntual”

“Our stay over all was okay, however we were told that we had to pay for our room to get cleaned. It would get cleaned with out us having to ask and we didnt get charged. There was a lot of mis communication between employees none had the correct answer we werent allowed at the next sister hotel with no explanations as to why. The food was Okay nothing different from other resorts. Most of the staff was very friendly.”

“The staff were very helpful and even with language barrier they were the best part of our stay. The people attending to rooms need to be more proactive. We literally had to ask for our room to be cleaned and fridge restocked. They provided coffee machine and cups in the room but no coffee.”

“This is our 4th time staying here and most likely our last. We chose to pay for the included breakfast only this time, as opposed to all-inclusive. The breakfast food was not good. It used to be amazing. It used to be our favorite meal. Now the food is bland and the few choices of meat options were really bad quality cuts. We had breakfast 3 times there and only one time were we approached by a server for our needs (gracias Enrique). We noticed that the servers mostly approached paying……

“The AC did not work, our toilet became plugged, they had all day to fix this which they did not, the phone did not work in our room- probably so we could not call and complain about things lol. There were kids on site even though this was an adult only place. The place needed a major update. Many places were leaking water through the roof in the walkway areas. The shower was very had to get in and out of because the ton was very deep and has a wide side to it with no hand rails to help get in……

“La comida de los restaurants estaba fría y mi cuarto asignado en mal estado con varios detalles por ejemplo el lava manos tapado etc etc me tuvieron q cambiar la abitacion y perdi un día de mi estancia afortunadamente me instale en la abitacion de mis hijos y no me reenbolsaron nada 😔”

“There was not one thing that we can criticize, because everything turned out to be the best vacation. The Pelican Hotel was right on the clean Beach, not too far from the Airport. Food and Drinks were delivered to you as you requested while sunbathing in comfortable chairs or chase lounges to your choosing. We truly loved the food choices, because they were delicious and many naturals to Mexico citizens. Our room was outstanding, big comfortable bed, 2 bathrooms with a suite and wrap around……

“There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again”

“El hotel es viejo, mala atención y mal servicio, el baño de la habitación terrible, la comida espantosa, poca disponibilidad de los que trabajan ahí y de mala gana. Horarios ridículos, etc La alberca sin mantenimiento, la playa sucia... En fin, podría seguir y seguir... Que gran decepcion! Pagar mas de 10,000 pesos por mi estancia, fue demasiado para lo que recibí a cambio.”
