「This is not an all inclusive resort! You get either 2 or 3 included meals depending on the duration of your stay. You have to personally visit the front desk daily to make dinner reservations, you cannot do it in advance or all at once unless you’re a premium member. They offer a premium option that is needed for literally everything unless you’re okay with no service and rubbing alcohol as alcohol. They serve drinks in poorly washed cups with leftover tajin from the person who last had the cup....

「Everything was absolutely pleasant during our stay at Riu palace pacifico. The rooms were well maintained, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property itself was beautiful. The elite club perks were definitely worth the additional room cost. My one and only complaint would probably be the buffet food.....it wasn't that great. Otherwise the restaurants were awesome.」
