“We loved everything about our hotel room! Very very clean and organized and even though there wasn’t an elevator (due to it being an historic building) we were helped definitely felt comfortable and taken care of.”

“Top tier service and environment. Populus balances a warm yet lively vibe. Everyone was exceptional from the valet, front desk, wait staff, baristas. The room feels modern yet warm. I love the details of greenery, wood. It’s a smaller hotel but lots of private room to chill, from a quirky library, side seats halfway up the lounge stairs, the cafe. Guests were of all ages and types (leisure, travel). Highly recommended if you’re there to attend a sporting event but need a space afterwards to……

“Staff service and attidue are great. Remarkable ones are Ms. Sci of the Elevation Lounge, Ms.Lou and Katy at the reception, and Mr. Lazzar at the Bell service. They are helpful and nice. The room in general is good. Yet, it will be helpful if a notice could be posted in the corridor to remind people to lower the voice when talking so as to minimise disruption to other customers especially early in the morning or late night.”
