This home is conveniently located just 10 minutes from down town historic Punta Gorda and Fishermans Village! Lots of Shopping, Boating, Restaurants and so much more! This home offers unique blend of privacy and scenic views as you relax in the heated saltwater pool! The property highlights include modern fully stocked kitchen, grill for outdoor barbecue, plenty of outdoor lounge space, beach equipment, 4 bikes, a soft cooler, beach chairs and sunset views from your private lanai. The house was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was relaxing and warm. The property manager Jill was always available to answer any questions we had. The location was fantastic. We were usually 10 minutes from anywhere we needed to be. Punta Gorda is a lovely place to visit. I would definitely recommend this property if you are in the area.

We were so pleased with this home! The location was wonderful, quiet and very clean. The pictures are exactly what the house looks like. Jill was very quick to respond upon arrival and was willing to answer any questions we had. Family Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great place for our family trip in a great location. The house was very clean and it was very relaxing sitting by the pool. The heated pool was very nice. Check in was quick and Jill was very helpful with any questions we had.

Gorgeous Home!

We fell in love with this house! It was beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. We felt right at home with lots of space, open floor plan, garage access, and a nice outdoor area with pool. Only complaint was that the pool was not warm and guests are not permitted to change the temp. We would definitely stay here again.

Great House and great location

We had an incredible stay at this house! It was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels for our whole family of six. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool, and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the wildlife in the nearby pond. The beautiful scenery added to the charm of the location. Our host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
