“We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure……

James looked after my wife and I superbly he was more than kind and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with a great menu, the dining room is very modern and set up well on the ground floor. When you check in you are not stood at a reception, you are greeted with a warm welcome and invited into a comfortable sitting room and offered……
