"You will never find a poolside chair no matter how early you go down and the food for lunch is all the same, very little variety. Overall the daytime activities were great, but my teens got bored in the evening. Not much for them to do. "

"Nice hotel, service is not the greatest.. was in line at the coffee shop and the server was chatting with her friend while I was just waiting there till they finished their conversation.. same thing at the breakfast restaurant, had to ask for something twice, there were only 2 tables seated and like 10 staff walking around.. the staff always seems to be chatting. Nice location, but everything surrounding closes at 5pm so don’t expect to be shopping or walking around downtown at night, it’s deserted. Otherwise, nice lobby and bar, good bartenders at the bar. "

"Overall, this place worked well for a short stay. It’s a bit out of the way, but manageable—you can walk to the main road and easily catch a bus or taxi. The neighbourhood felt safe during the day, though arriving late at night might feel a bit uneasy for some travellers unfamiliar with the area. The outdoor pool was a nice feature with good seating areas; however, it is shared with two other apartments, which wasn’t clearly stated in the listing. Inside, the unit was clean and adequate, but very sparsely equipped—there were very few plates or cutlery, and no wine glasses at all. While fine for a brief visit, it wouldn’t be very comfortable for a longer stay due to the limited amenities."

She was easy to communicate with throughout our stay, provided local recommendations and helped us to arrange transportation to and from the airport. Highly recommend this accommodation. "

"Overall, our experience was good. We had NO Gas available to the stove and soap in the washroom. Burger King and Dunkin Donuts are in 16 min. walk. You can take the bus 19 from Thompson / Soldier intersection to the downtown. Bus 11 also available from the Burger King. Local businesses take cash and credit card. Local currency BSD is equal to USD and they accept both, everywhere. "
